There have been a lot of new dogs admitted to Sirius to an already overcrowded Sanctuary. Photos of many of these are now in the gallery to view for adoption We are constantly turning dogs away as we do not have never-ending space. The more we home the more we can save in the future. She has been in a foster home and her ‘mum’ said she is so full of love and affection. She’s very obedient and you can walk her without a lead and she’ll just follow.

She will make a wonderful addition to the family

Becks is a wonderful looking dog but he is very shy. He is a dog who needs a relationship with just one person and he does not get this at the shelter.

Unfortunately he came in terrified and has really not been able to gain trust in humans.

If you spend time with him he shows his true colours, he is gentle and intelligent. It would be lovely to see him going to a caring home where he could develop his potential.

Midnight is a large black dog who is extremely soft and gentle. He is fine with other dogs but retreats rather than get in to a fight so should not be homed with a dominant dog.

He is a very amenable chap who will make a grand pet and companion.

Bobby has been cared for because his coat has been clipped but hae has sores which are now healing.

June came in with her brother Mike. They were both very frightened but this has settled a little.

Robbie feels like velvet. He is soft and gentle. He has lost teeth on the left side of his jaw but manages well.

He has become withdrawn and frightened, which is not his original nature but due to the length of time he has been in the shelter.
