Sirius Dog Sanctuary provides refuge for over 190 dogs that have been abandoned or abused, which is a serious problem in Cyprus. All work is managed by volunteers who are dedicated to make the dogs as comfortable as possible and encourage re-homing.

FOSTERING – the facts! Their are certain dogs within Sirius that require fostering. Some are long term and some are short term.
Puppies require 7-10 days in a clean environment after vaccination to keep them safe and give them the best start in life.

As the feeding routine of the dogs have chnaged it is now possible to walk dogs from 9.30am
If you feel you can help with walking some dogs please get  in touch or visit the shelter
This exercise is vital to the well being of the dogs and the more dog walkers we have the more often the dogs get out of the shelter
